We are a small family business that have been making bespoke, unique furniture and kitchens for over 15 years. We purposely like to keep our business small as it allows us to focus on the quality of our furniture from start to finish as well as keeping our costs down to provide the best value for money. This means that when you call our office you will speak to the person that designs, sells, makes, delivers and fits the furniture, we work with our customers throughout, developing trust and providing them with exactly what they require. We believe that while the product is an important feature it also needs to enhance the image of what our customers need for their bedroom, lounge or dining room, so its important that we can picture it too.
We have previously worked through word of mouth and recommendations from customers for 15 years. Recently and in response to customer requests we are now on-line.
When deciding on the website it became apparent that to purely add a catalogue of products was not going to allow customers to see what our business is about. While the furniture is important, its the discussions and designs we produce which each of our customers that has allowed us to continue to be successful without the need for advertising previously – this is something we are passionate about maintaining. We believe a happy customer is one that keeps coming back and recommends what we do to their friends and family. Its not just about making furniture, we have no set sizes and develop trust to get the job done properly.
If you see something you like, we recommend that you call or email us, visit our showroom or workshop (to see how furniture should be made) to develop some ideas and find the best price. We then work to a 4-6 week turnaround from placing the order to fitting the furniture or kitchen, unless there is something in the showroom ready to go.
